There will come a time when a person has to make the decision to leave where they are in order to get rest and peace.

Constant complaining may have frustrated Moses and caused him to disobey the instructions he received from God, and struck the rock instead of speaking to it. The people of Israel were always complaining even after seeing an evident miracle.
