Growth / Maturity

Growth is personal. Maturity is intentional.
In this week’s message, Rev. Glen Wright teaches that true growth begins the moment we become honest with ourselves about our imperfections. As we allow God to work in those areas, the seeds of maturity are planted — and others will begin to see our progress. Based on 1 Timothy 4:15, this word will encourage you to reflect, grow, and thrive in your walk with Christ.

1 Timothy 4:15 (NKJV)
“Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all.”

The True Fruit

In this week’s message, “A Tree Is Known by Its Fruit,” Rev. challenges us to take an honest look at our hearts. True fruit is more than good actions — it’s the visible evidence of our inner life and our connection to Jesus, the true vine.

Bearing fruit” describes the outward actions of someone that result from being connected to the true vine. It reflects the inward condition of a person’s heart.

Through Luke 6:43, we’re reminded that the condition of our hearts will always reveal itself through our words, choices, and actions. When we stay connected to Christ, the Holy Spirit empowers us to crucify fleshly desires and grow good fruit that glorifies God.

As you read and reflect, ask yourself: What kind of fruit is my life producing? Am I truly rooted in Christ?

The True Vine

Fruit in the life of a believer is the evidence of a branch that is abiding in Christ thereby being connected to the true vine. Jesus is the source of supernatural nutrition that provides the nourishment needed to produce fruit.

The True Vine: Are You Willing to Be Pruned?
Too often, the world tells us we can grow on our own, yet Jesus says: “I am the vine, you are the branches… without Me, you can do nothing.” (John 15:5)

This week’s message reminds us that real fruit comes not only from staying connected to Christ but also from submitting to His pruning. Disconnection brings spiritual dryness — abiding brings supernatural growth.

Take a moment to evaluate your relationship with Christ and His Word. Are you truly abiding? Join us for this two-part series and stay connected with WrightWay Ministries for encouragement and spiritual nourishment that lasts.
